2-year warranty
Every ProjectorBeams P1 is covered for 24 months from the day it's delivered.
Covered: anything that fails in normal use — the unit not powering on, LED or lamp failure, fan failure, dead or stuck pixels, faulty HDMI or USB ports, a remote or power adapter that stops working, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth that drops out.
Not covered: drops and physical damage, liquid damage, damage from a power surge, blocked vents causing overheating, and repairs attempted by someone else. Gradual dimming of the LED over thousands of hours is normal and isn't a fault.
To claim, email officialprojectorbeams@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. A video helps enormously with anything intermittent.
We don't need you to post it back before we help, and we don't need a receipt — we can look your order up.
This warranty sits on top of your Australian Consumer Law rights, not instead of them.
