How long it takes
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery is typically 5 to 12 days.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated in a week, email us — we'll chase it, not you.
If it's late
If your order hasn't arrived within 21 days of dispatch, email us and we'll refund you in full. You won't need to return anything and we won't ask you to wait longer.
